Blue Diamond EP-2
Blue Diamond EP-2 is a blue long-term grease based on lithium soaps. It‘s water-repellent, extremely adhesive, pressure-resistant (EP) and corrosion protection. Suitable for lubrication under the most difficult operation conditions.
Azurit EP 000
Azurit EP 000 is based on lithium soaps and is suitable for central lubrications systems e.g. of commercial vehicles, baling presses, container presses etc. The particularly soft consistency and the high pressure properties (EP) support the lubrication of gears.
Topas 2
Topas 2 is manufactured on the basis of lithium soap and is suitable for the universal lubrication of motor vehicles, technical equipment, machines, conveyor systems, as well as agricultural and construction machinery.
Opal EP-2
Opal EP-2 is based on lithium soaps and contains highly effective additives to improve corrosion protection, ageing resistance and wear protection (EP). It‘s ideally suited for the lubrication for rolling bearings in electric motors, machine tools and wheel hubs of cars as well as trucks.
Quarz Graphit
Quarz Graphit is suitable for the lubrication of bearings that are exposed to high intermittent loads. The graphit is suitable for the lubricants of bearings that are exposed to high intermittent loads. The graphite additives enables friction-reducing and so-called emergency running properties.
Saphir CA
Saphir CA is a calcium-soaped, very water-resistant as well as extremely long-lasting and adhesive longterm grease. It is suitable in particularly in the area of bolts and bushings connectors, caterpillars, cranes, telescopes, hydrants and boats.
Hot Blue Achat
Hot Blue Achat is a blue, extremely adhesive, high-temperature grease for the lubrication of shock loaded bearings running under difficult operating conditions in the forestry and agricultural sectors. Particularly suitable for road production systems and asphalt production units.
Bernstein Plex 2
Bernstein Plex 2 is a high-temperature grease based on lithium complex soaps for the lubrication of shock-loaded bearings at elevated bearing temperatures. For use in cars and trucks, in construction machinery, and in special for road production and asphalt production.
Jaspis Kupfer
Jaspis Kupfer prevents individual machine components and screw connections, which are exposed to extreme temperatures, high pressure and corrosive influences, from burning in and sticking.
Meissel Granit
Meissel Granit is a special paste for the lubrication of inserting and plug tools as well as wear bushings of hydraulic and pneumatic hammers. Separating effect up to approx. +1100°C. Do not use for the lubrication of roller and plain bearings!
Kristall PTFE
Kristall PTFE is a light beige, extremely adhesive, lithium soaped special grease with special EP additives and PTFE solid lubricants additives (Teflon). Particularly suitable for sliding surfaces and plastic sliding Protection of wire ropes.
Perlmutt
Perlmutt is a universal paste, based on high-tech ceramic solid lubricants and is suitable for the toughest use. Ideally suited for separation and lubrication of high temperature exposed components, e. g. Vehicle brake calipers (back plate)
Turmalin Mos2
Turmalin Mos2 is based on lithium soaps and is suitable for the lubrication of bearings, drive shafts, quick-release axles, spindles and fifth wheel plates which are exposed to high and intermittent loads. Molybdenum disulphide/MoS2 additive provides friction reduction and emergency running properties. For use in cars, trucks, construction machinery, general industry, forestry and agricultural machinery.
Smaragd EP-3
Smaragd EP-3 is manufactured on the basis of high-quality base oils using lithium soaps (Li-12-hydrosystearate) as a thickener. This temperature-resistant rolling and plain bearing grease has highly effective additives to improve corrosion protection, ageing resistance, wear protection (EP additives) and adhesion. The solid consistency ensures very good sealing and pressure absorption of the lubrication point, especially in slow-running, shock-loaded drive systems.
